September 2017 monthly Meeting - Preserving Summer's Bounty
About 70 people attended the how-to evening of short demos on long-term storage, dehydration, juice, solar cookery, kombucha, and lacto-fermentation (for pickles, sauerkraut and kimchi).
They browsed the info tables, got food conserving help, and listened to all the presentations for a very healthy, cost-saving evening. Questions and discussion were as usual welcome.
