Questions and discussion encouraged.

TastingOne hundred or more people attended the AGM, which featured presentations and tasting of fermented preservation of foods and beverages. The recipes submitted by the presenters are attached, and include kombucha, lacto-fermented pickles, sourdough biscuits and kefir.
