[LookOutSugarLake] Court Case dismissed!

Hi all,

We just heard that the lawsuit filed by the Sugar Lake Developer  
against NORD, as well as against some NORD employees, has now been  
dismissed by the judge. There were 38 points in the lawsuit and none  
were retained.

Congratulations to all who worked hard on this and must be feeling  
very relieved today!

This may mean that the fat lady has now sung.
