Hi,

The Appeal will go ahead! The actual decision about the EAB's pursuing it is at the very end of the pdf file on the EAB's web site.

The conclusion is we can't specify "no outfall to watercourse", but must argue that the 4 conditions placed by Mr. Reiner are not stringent enough.
