Well, that's the pits......I guess I was a bit premature in my celebrating, 
I forgot all about the EAB and the appeal....just thought, yeah, the case 
was thrown out.....but of course that was just the lawsuit against NORD, not 
the MoE saying he could do it.....drat it all to ....., onwards and upwards.
