Dear Tom Christensen:

Further to the subject below, I have received no response from MoE to queries as to the consultaion/referral process on this development.  My counterparts in other First Nations have the same questions, and as far as I know, they have received no response either. As you know, Little Shuswap is certainly not opposed to development, and we are quite heavily involved in the "treatment" issue on the Shuswap Lakes and consequently well informed on the topic.  Nevertheless, we need some follow up from the various agencies and would like to see the same level of interaction and respect we see lower on the watershed.
