[LookOutSugarLake] Second letter to MOE

Hello all,

sorry if this is a double posting but it seems a lot of people did  
not get this second letter that I sent to MOE last Wednesday. As  
well, I emailed the new petitions. Please let me know whether or not  
you HAD received this. - I will be away till Thursday but Russ will  
be picking up email and the phone.

Russ will be posting all news later on today so check out the website  
tonight or tomorrow.
