[LookOutSugarLake] Bylaw 2223 and 2238

Rob.  I am a member of the advisory board O.C.P. Area C  CSRD.  I am in full favor of these bylaws.  I think NORD has done a wonderfull job.  I have presented the bylaws to the CSRD, the advisory members and to City Spaces consulting. All of the advisory board members were in favor of the bylaws.       Al Richardson
