[LookOutSugarLake] Impact line of reservoir

Good day again,

Further to my previous email I have been advised that the impact line  
of the reservoir is actually on the other side of the developer's  
access road. The 30 m riparian zone would start from there. Water will  
sometimes reach the area where the trees have been cut which means  
that the planned septic system would sometimes be UNDER water.
