Greetings,

I am writing to request information on the status of a proposal for a  
shared interest resort on Sugar Lake, your file number 02-013-18954  
for which approval was withheld in January 2007.

The developer is currently logging in the riparian zone of land  
acquired from the Crown to do a septic field. I find it surprising  
that he can begin work since the 10 conditions imposed in the letter  
you wrote last year have not been met.
