Anna Warwick Sears and Sandra Schira, experts at the Okanagan Basin Water Board, will discuss the impact of abnormal climate in relation to meeting needs of all residents, while supporting agriculture, wildlife and natural areas.   2. Environmental All Candidates Forum, October 3, 7 pm, Towne Theatre to feature ALL candidates for Vernon- Lumby AND for Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream. This non-partisan evening will provide you with information on what our candidates think about a variety of issues that impact us locally, provincially, and globally.
